Ok. But any AMD Radeon RX card isn't be supported by OctaneRender yet. But at LuxMark test (NOTE: http://luxmark.info - page is wrong for be discontinued, unfortunately), RX 9070 XT is (much) slower than RTX 4090 while RX 9070 XT is as faster as or is little faster than RX 7900 XTX.

DDU will not help you get rid of the black screens — this is what actually fixes it.

How to Perform a Clean Shut Down Using Shift

Click Start

Click the Power button

Hold the Shift key

While holding Shift, click Shut down

Keep holding Shift until the PC fully powers off

⚠ Important:

Use the Windows power menu, not the physical button on your PC case.

Keep holding Shift until the screen turns off and the fans stop.

After that, turn the PC back on normally using the power button.

Ok. I don't need to shutdown PC power after DDU used. But if any dust is on your PC tower and on indoor of your videocard, should clean all dust because dust causes abnormally increased temperatures of your GPU.

SOLVED (atleast for now) havent had crashes for a few days now, will keep updating.

Ok. But lastest version of the Dali Renderer software is on December 2024 and this software doesn't have any dispersion (dispersion coefficient or Abbe Number) option for refraction. This sw doesn't support any GPU - too bad.

This is usually a sign that the Octane executable is corrupted, likely due to a download or filesystem issue. Could you please download again and reinstall?

Please let us know if you still have the same issue after that, including the output of your log window.

This issue occurs when using the Chinese version; the English version works fine.
