Hi everyone,

I’ve created a custom Mix Texture Displacement Group Node for OctaneRender for Blender (2026.2 – addon version), designed to simplify the process of mixing multiple Texture Displacement nodes.

While this can be achieved using standard shading nodes, the setup can quickly become complex and harder to manage.
This node allows you to achieve the same result in a more controlled and streamlined way.

Same result. Fewer nodes.

The project file is included in this post and contains:
  • the Mix Displacement Node
  • a working example demonstrating how it can be used
I’ve also created a video showing both the manual workflow and the simplified version using the group node:

Feedback is welcome 👍

Good day. :) But Lino doesn't add any OR version support for Blender 5.1. Not Blender 5.x but yes "5.01" only.
