I can't check that detailed but you should check that in a compositing software after comping not in LV or PV. And search for similar topics with answers.

Black dots will not show when your shadow layer is underneath your object in compositing.

I suspect that you are experiencing the same issue reported innthis other discussion, and will be fixed in the next update of SDK:

The residual internal noise will be covered by the beauty pass on top.
What is important is to have a clean result outside of the alpha of the Render layer, for shadows and reflections.
