Hi, Octanebench is Octane 2.17 and does not support 1080/70.
The demo files in download section is from Octane 1.2. :/
May a user have a mid complex file for testing.

Is there a Modo plugin for the 3.03?

I've just found some strange mesh caching(?) behavior of this version:
after working with one scene (.ocs file) I want to open another scene, which also contains Mesh node with the same filename (.obj) as in current scene - in that case the mesh itself isn't reloaded and the Mesh node still has old set of material input pins.
My workflow includes scripted exporting various scenes to .obj file with fixed name in the same location (temp folder on RAM drive), so now I should close and run Octane again for proper opening another .ocs scene.
Is this correct/desired behavior or an issue? The 2.x version works another way - it reloads all meshes in scene when opening another scene file

For benchmarking, I think we used the otoy supplied file (the blocky trench mesh) together with certain settings for resolution etc. Should be an older thread somewhere. At least we can compare something that way till octanebench is upgraded to the engine, that does pascal.

Just for your information: We just updated the commercial Linux build, too, to fix the random deadlock.

This is all very exciting. I'm close to pulling the trigger on 3x Pascal GPUs but I just need to be sure that they are the best option for the money. As soon as I see a legit benchmark, I'll be able to buy my new GPUs and finally get some work done!
