[URGENT] Save rendering incompleted for standalone/plugins

Standalone has this feature - see "Save render state" and "Load render state" in the File menu. I'm not sure whether this feature is made available in plugins, and if so which ones.

Good. This is for backup due to the electricity failure or to the lightning (weather) or ....

But if OR standalone 2023.x or 2024.x is *demo* mode, we may not see "Save render state".
