Hi,
see image:
Screenshot_1.jpg
It's a pair of days Octane IPR does not show any info - samples, timing etc. Even when i load a scene it just says "loading" but does not show which object is loading.
While rendering i can't see samples or anything, just "loading" as in attachment, and when it's done it says "done", nothing else.
I cannot even See Region borders. It works, since it render just the area i select, but no border is visible.
The only option i found about IPR info seems already active (see arrow).
Any idea ?

thanks
Paolo

Additional info:
i noticed that minimizing and restoring IPR window bring all info back, but 99% of the times it crashes after i restore the window.

Hi,

Sorry, I'd never seen anything like that. Do you have this problem with all the scenes or is it related to that one only? I wonder if there is a problem with the drivers or something like that. Perhaps you could try to delete the "LWOctane.cfg" file from your configs folder to clean the Octane plugin configuration, but I can't figure how something like that could happen due to a broken configuration.

Thanks,
-Juanjo

I'll try upgrading again to latest Studio drivers, let's see.

hi,
maybe it's useful to others - removing CFG file solved it.

thanks

What a weird issue! In any case, I'm glad that the problem has been resolved.
