Hi all,
i add a sample that is the result of using the plugin "Grasshopper" for the determination of the matrix, for exact positioning of the instances in Octane Render by scatter node.
A big thanks for the support David Rutten (McNeel) who created the script for Grasshopper.
Ciao
Instance whit rhino

Hi Daniel,
thank you for sharing.
I will test it soon

There is a small problem but do not know how to fix it:
I changed the definition of grasshopper to scale objects a random, but the array that creates not take it into account, so unfortunately all instances have the same height.
You can import several object of different heights and with different octane nodes scatter you assign different positioning matrix.
A little intricate but at the moment I see no other solution
bye
