Hi there,

I've done a couple of quick tests with a light source in a tube, and set up one fog cube (surrounding all bar the camera) with max dispersion and one fog cube with 0.005 dispersion.

I'm not exactly sure what you are after, but you could comp the 2 shots:

Surely the dispersion you're looking for is happening in a lens in the projector (laser) and is just being made visible (as spectrum) in the fog.XX

There's only one box of fog in each shot, if that makes sense.

One shot (laser) "radiate" fog to appear easily caustic(s) at first box of fog but to appear hardly caustic(s) at 2nd box of fog after space (without fog).


Other scene - materials: one box of fog with the prism cutted; a prism of glass; a laser ground - I'm rendering... Tomorrow see new image. ;)
