Hi,
Can we please get a global color correction dial that allows us to make the whole scene black and white, while excluding certain objects from the correction? I know it can be done by object, but applying color correction individually to thousands of objects just to exclude one or two is impractical.

Hi coilbook,
I gave it a try, it looks like it works by leveraging AOV groups. Take a look and see if what you need is feasible along these lines.

Hi coilbook,
It may seem that way, but I think it makes more sense to split between the objects that should be desaturated and those that shouldn’t.

Using the same AOV idea as Paride, you can also select the objects using cryptomatte mask.
There should be a crypromatte 'type' that fits your needs.
Here is a sample using 'Object node name' : (make sure Preferences/Troubleshooting/Use max node names is enabled)
Thanks
