Linking DOF to Daz camera will brake Octane and Octane will not respond to moving the camera but will change the DOF instead

Put in a model and a camera set up dof on the cam open render viewport and link to daz cam in dof and and set do not switch cam in thee viewport and try and move the camera with the scroll. Viewport will not move cam but move the Dof instead

Thank you for the steps.
Interestingly, the Link to Daz camera works on our side. It seems to break if we use the Auto focus and the Set camera focus on the selected object tool from the OctaneRender Viewport.
We have a ticket to investigate this issue.

I have another bug that has existed since the last version as well and is pretty consistent. Open daz, load a scene, use a template preset on any surface. Close scene, open scene try to use a template preset again and studio will crash.

First off, thanks for the update!

I just got this crash while using this new version of the plugin and while access violation crashes are rather common in Daz Studio, this is the first I've had that lists octane.dll in a long time (years?), as there was a concerted effort to report and fix them all a while back.
At the time I was panning the camera, which doesn't really seem related to the crash, so not sure that helps.

Is there anything else that should be provided next time i get a crash or is this enough?

Would you happen to remember the steps and was there any AOV enabled from the interactive viewport.

I just got this crash again, exact same exception error message, (I think I've had it a few times now), the crash just seems to happen, it's not consistent with any one activity, this time rather than panning the camera, I was adjusting the pose (bone) of G8Fs leg.

I don't believe any AOVs where enabled, it's happened in a number of both new and old scenes and I haven't touched AOVs in any of them.

We are unable to replicate with Genesis 9 "Lesya.duf" and the "Barefoot Dancer" character.
Do you happen to have the `Automatic material updates after the content loads` in the Preferences folder?

Do you happen to have the `Automatic material updates after the content loads` in the Preferences folder?

Hey BK, the crash happens with literally anything. I've also tried with `Automatic material updates after the content loads` on and off. This is the crash file I get from daz when it happens.

Does Daz show any popup after the crash? Please send us the logs

Would you please send a screenshot of the Preferences? Maybe can DM me.
Have you tried resetting Octane Daz to see if it makes any difference?
