Please see problem with updates. This window is generated by capsule nodes. Also normal geometry has problems too. Making undo after geometry changes never update.

There's a behavior change, I can't remember why done. MAybe to fix another usages of particle engine, and it covers the scatter object also. You can get expected results if you use it like this.

I don't suppose this is new behavior for this build. And I don't think there's much to do. It can give different problems if I try to play with that. Things are extremely complicated in detection parts and sometimes no real solutions.

This beta solves the problem to some extent, but if the object scaling is changed, the rendering must be restarted.
If there is a scale animation, there are still some problems.

This beta solves the problem to some extent, but if the object scaling is changed, the rendering must be restarted.
If there is a scale animation, there are still some problems.
Since scatter object is working different, that means there's not any generated virtual objects. This causes no dirty bits for object, so detecting this kind of change requires a complicated iteration and comparison. You can simply key something on top level of clone object. Then it will ping the engine for updates.

Possible issue with isoparms display color in C4D viewport line display mode - they are always totally bright no matter of material color. Only way to change their color is to set object to custom display color. There is no way to change their default color in C4D editor color preferences.

Is anyone working with S26 and octane on an project based level? Rendering to PV seems very buggy, freezes c4d pretty often. But I can't tell if it's an octane/c4d problem. Does anyonye have similir or completely different experiences?
