octane hair material can't use mat layer !!!. can't mix !! When mat.layer opacity is zero ,The color will turn to solid black!!!

Scene does use Octane light tags. I can't share the scene publicly.

Update - checked R5 and still having the same issues. I did DM a link to my icloud drive to the file. If I remove the images from the Octane light tags, the scene lights do work but of course not in the desired fashion.

If you convert Bitmaps in light tags to ImageTexture, that will be fix it. I'm looking for what changed and how to fix it

Thanks for the update! 2 things that i found :

1/ octane crash with a background object from c4D
2 / solo node is working just when you add a transform node to it!

Hi,
I get this freeze in viewport when i try to move a cloner with splines. Object tag>render as hair
It seems to recalculate everything even with a viewport pan. Is there a way to fix/optimize this behavior?

Same here with XParticle and xpTrail and render as hair.

Same here with XParticle and xpTrail and render as hair.
Same here too. Freezes with render as hair in xp trail
