I'm facing the same issue on windows pc. The configuration of my pc is here-
Graphics Card - RTX 3070 8GB
NVIDIA CUDA® Cores 5888
Boost Clock (GHz) 1.73
Base Clock (GHz) 1.50
RAM - 32GB
Processor - Core i9-9900K 3.60GHz
I'm using octane 3.07. Please help me out.
no CUDA device supported by Octane Render - Help!

I'm having the same issue - just purchased Octane 2020 Enterprise and built a new rig. Im trying to install Octane 2020.1.5-R4 Have the EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra

Fixed it - installed the latest CUDA package and it worked - also went into octane settings and selected the GPU. Thx
Hi,
to work with the latest versions of Octane, you need to firstly update the Nvidia driver to version 456.38 or greater, with a clean installation.
Then install also Standalone, to be able to install the latest cuDNN library:

During the first start, you will be asked to press the download button, to automatically install the necessary cuDNN library:
If not enough, please go to Octane Settings/Devices panel, and check that the Nvidia GPUs are enabled.

he seguido los pasos de las respuestas de este foro para solucionar el problema y sigue igual, he descargado el GPU-Z y el octanerbench.4, sin resultado.

I can't make it work in max 2021 have latest studio drivers rtx 3090 , standalone works fine - it is a demo for both on win10 enterprise

Octane for 3dsMax plugin v2020.2.3 demo version (working with RTX 3090) will be updated as soon as possible.
