Hello zhaoming,
It will work but not RTX acceleration hardware.
Should try to Update windows 10 up to at least build 1909 or 2004 and latest Nvidia "studio driver".

that said....
on my render server i have 4x 2080 Ti... the vram still appears as 24gb, I thought it should be 11 because I am using the 2080 Ti also

RTX Ampere serie should work with Nvidia 456.71 "studio driver".
