just want to let you know:
with 2020.1.2 the AO-Pass when rendering "EXR(Octane) with network/slave" is working now!
Also Cryptopass with DWAA and DWAB is working correct now!

I'm working on this release and it's really great and more stable than previous ones. Well done man!!
I've a bug issue, btw.
I'm not more able to save alpha channel from live viewer.
I set it as usual in octane settings, once render is finished I sent it to Picture VIewer, but when I save in TIFF alpha channel is not activable (attaching screenshot) and once opened in Photoshop there's no an alpha channel and white/gray squares are part of picture...

thank you for this new great release. In R21 it works perfect. I only have the problem in S22. The geometry update in S22 will not work like in R22 with high polycounts.
In my testscene i have only collapsed a cloner with a bunch of spheres to one polygonal object. i attached 2 Videos. One in R22 works good and one in S22 works not so good. Hope you can look and fix this problem.

Hi, is there a compatible slave version to this plu-in? The latest one in the downloads says it is incompatible.

Hmm...I was wondering what was going on with R22. The LV was not only sluggish, if it would finish a render and I simply moved my mouse across the C4D viewport, it would start rendering all over again. Drove me crazy.aoktar wrote:It's a r22 problem. thank you for the replay. Yes i use the latest R21 Plugin in C4D S22. Somthing is wrong with the geometry check. It is trigger and pushing the geometry always completely the GFX Cards. It happendes too when i render a animation to the picterviwer. The Render/Calculation time goes up, because in every frame the hole scene pushed to the GFX Cards.

VDB loader is also broken for me. Rolled back to R4 and it works.
4x 2080ti hybrids, 4x 980ti Hyrbids. C4D, Houdini.
