Hi - I've found a bug: setting a texture to float is ignored.

Image

Two of the textures are set to float, three are set to "Type: Normal", but the VRAM usage is the same:

Hello,

FYI:
When using RENDER INSTANCES where the original (source) object is hidden under a null *and* the "ignore unused materials" render setting is enabled - the instances will get a random scene material assigned, instead of the materials assigned to the original (source) objects.

Hello, Aoktar:

I found a crash that happens everytime I toggle multiple images "Type". The backup .c4d file generated becomes useless as it crashes again as soon as C4D reopens it.

So, is this going to be adressed? It is quite an important feature for saving Vram.
