Hello, admin/moderators/developer(s) and our licensed customer's (LC) users.
-> If our LC's users have any issue of OR standalone/plugin, admin/mod/dev should ALWAYS reply us WITHOUT any (moderate nor very) delay.
-> If our LC's users have any HARD issue (eg: PMC issue in v3/v4 - viewtopic.php?f=9&t=55390), admin/mod/dev aren't required to fix any hard issue but they MUST undo any new feature or add any old feature for upgrade of OR "issue".
-- If our LC's users are worried in risk of videocard died or after it died, admin/mod/dev must add new videocard support for old version of OR (eg: new NVIDIA RTX support for OR v2). Or they must undo... (see end of 2nd paragraph).
-> If our LC's users have any EASY issue, admin/mod/dev must fix it.
