hey! anybody know how i could do a render for a dome with octane and cinema4d ?

Why? We did some jobs like that with panocam.

Regular Octane pano camera will not generate those black edges. At the moment you may achieve this effect using the baking camera
I am attaching a sample project as a way of example.
Whether there's a better way to do this on C4D I am unaware, but I though this would be good for future reference as well.
Revert baking pin, which will use arbitrary geometry as a lens. You can use a half sphere and generate something like:I am attaching a sample project as a way of example.
