New update posted to this tread to address a baking camera bug.

Thanks again for update. Playing around again and found that when the render room is set to Octane integrated viewport, if I switch views before the sampling is completed I get a request to stop the render. When I choose not to stop the render the render viewport disappears and there appears to be no way to get it back but to render again. is there a way to access the progress bar yet, since it shows 100 percent completed when its still sampling.

I'll look into it but don't get your hopes up. I had to shoehorn octane into the render room as it is. It is not very robust and should only be used for batch rendering and rendering .avi files. Always use the ORVP window for still rendering and rendering animations to individual files.

Hi Simon,
2 problems:
I have a material which is not allowing any Octane UV transform. Oddly, it does allow Carrara UV transform.
The same crosshatch bitmap does work in other Octane Materials. I will work around, but would like to know how to correct the existing Material instead of swapping it out.

Separately, I am not able to update to the latest, per attached.
thanks for your help,
Rick

Make sure Carrara is not running when you install.

Yep..sure enough was the problem.

Was able to install, but not able to use. Kept crashing on polygon selection in vertex model room.

Hi Simon,
Having the same issue with multiple keyframe selection again. Narrowed it down to one Material. Deleting the Material, stops the problem. Haven't done much to the material, other than add a name.
Can you please take a look?
Thanks,
Rick
