i wonder if it's possible to do two-point perspektive (where vertical lines are all vertical) using the octane camera? (i only know this from sketchup).

i guess i can set the z-height of both camera and target to the same, but is that the way to do it?

ok - so the solution it to set the z-height to the same for both camera and target, and then adjust via the lens shift parameter?

i just wonder what the camera option "persp. correction" is used for then?

Yes, that should do the trick as well, but make sure your camera's up vector is pointing upwards.
