Should change kernel to PMC w/ 10k samples per px (but do NOT enable "caustic blur" ) for pool because looks no any caustics in pool at sunlight.
Water material:
reflection - 0.95
transmission - 1.0
ior (index of refraction) - 1.32
dispersion - 0.004
Try again to render any new image.

That looks great, i like night version more. Did you modeled rocks on right Facade or is displacement ?
