It's better than the other VR headsets in pretty much all the aspects:

- Higher resolution display
- New lenses with no visible chromatic aberration
- 360 degrees positional tracking
- 90 Hz refresh rate
- Dual screen (one for each eye)
- Built-in headphone with high quality 3D positional sound
- Lightweight

This is how VR should be experienced

interesting - curious how much power You need to power it up..
..recently noticed that TitanX has a possibility to feed each eye (?!),
but is two Xs going to be enough for this to be great experience?

SXSW: OculusVR “Using one screen to save costs was one of Oculus' first big advances, but there's definitely been a jump in quality since then.”

Both hardwired and cloud delivery will have solid business models for different applications. Anyway to beta test OctaneVR?

Cresent Bay is just a prototype. It will never be released on sale.
Instead, Oculus will release the CV1, based on Cresent Bay, in early 2016.
