AO kernel.

Hey nuno1980, reading your comments is very boring and annoying! Dont you have anything else to say than repeat constantly "Use PT, use PMC" and so on?nuno1980 wrote:I don't like these and rest your images because you do never use PT nor PMC kernel despite your GTX 690...![]()
I've noticed a trend on this forum putting a lot of focus on what kernel was used and how many samples. These settings are important, but not nearly as relevant as artistic intent, materials used, lighting, quality of models…nuno1980 wrote:I don't like these and rest your images because you do never use PT nor PMC kernel despite your GTX 690...![]()
Jokes are supposed to be funnyheartlessphil wrote:I think he said that as a joke...we want him to make good use of that 690 tho!!! renders looks great anyway!
I agree. It's all about the speed to quality ratio.Seekerfinder wrote:Paquito has shown on many occasions what is possible with DL. I am always impressed with the speed-quality ratio he achieves with this approach. DL is always good for iterative work, but if we can use it for production, so much the better.
