First of all, You have too little knowledge to work on Your own to solve issues unrelated to Octane.
Second, Your attitude is a bit of a problem (that's why other forum members don't help You)
lastly, You're using demo, technically You are not a customer at all..-You don't even own a software, so what support You're talking about, do You want other to work for free?
from my perspective the support is more than enough & this forum overall is very useful.
Don't want to be rude, but I think You looking wrong direction to blame someone..
