Ok, thanks for the report. The issue was that the reported image texture data size was complete junk. It will be fixed with the next release.

Update about the focus distance import from Alembic: there was apparently a mistake in the Alembic documentation. So the next version of Octane should load the focus distance correctly. Note that for correct depth of field it is still necessary to specify the correct unit to be used for import.

I can't reproduce this here, at least on Windows 7 it correctly picks a material at the pipette tip here. Are you also using windows 7?

I'm using both Windows 7 and Windows 8 64 bit, the same problem. Maybe it's a localization issue?

Hi, there's a way to connect all the pins to a object layer?...in some geometry they are a lot! tnx

Haven´t played with, but with lua it shouldn´t be a problem to realize it, i think...

Thanks mate...i was lost there. ;)

If anyone can tell me...i think it will be a noob question but :? ...i cant figure it out....How do we render the animation from the alembic? for exemple the "octaneshatter121.ocs" animation...if i want to render it. how can i do it?
