unfortunately because of the digits limit in the daz slider, you won't see the input number; as zero is below the limit the plugin won't accept it, but the 4 digits in the daz slider still show like it was zero... to overcome by this: http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=36713jimgale wrote:I've found that you have to specify a non-zero value and THEN specify a zero value for it to 'take' at the lowest value it can have.

These cracks are transparent geometry, the upper looks like scalp, the lower like eyebrow, that cut through the geometry of the head.
Took me a good while to figure that out.
Scale the hair or use a deformer, and move the eyebrow geometry if thi is the case.
