It will show you the input pins of the macro node, and in this case the macro node doesn't have inputs.

hi roeland, sorry to have call it bug, obviously it's how it must work for you ;)
unfortunately the disadvantage is that if i want to fine tuning an ocm, now i need three clicks.
could it be possible, after picking a mat, to double click the macro node icon in the node inspector for expanding all the node connected to the macro?
and is this a way for incentivizing the use of input pins?
if yes, could it be possible to modify the input pins value also in node inspector inside the node connected to the pin?
i hope you could understand what i mean :roll:

Hi all,

I think Octane is better and better. The only thing that makes me sad, it's, before Otoy bought Refractive Software, the standalone version should have a rib interface for animation, and now not have (I know an integrated blender plugins is on the way but for when...). It's the only thing that make me sad, the other part of software is just amazing. If it'll be possible to use the main memory to share more data in gpu (textures and geometries :( ), it'll be awsome (or acces to a cloud, like 192 giga of memory :D ).

Hope Otoy will found a solution for big scenes, example, for movie production and broadcast production.

ps : Yes, Blender is a way for business, more support than Autodesk, less cost, more money for artists, so better production.

Found a bug while testing the maximize window button (from above comment).

If you maximize the window, then save and close. When you open it up, you cant click it to reset it to normal. you have to manually drag all of the windows back to normal.

The viewport tools...

AF picker
Color balance
Material select
Target select

Color balance does not have a shortcut key (or at least its tooltip does not describe it)

I have been having trouble with the maximize window for several releases now, there is something flaky going on but i can't figure out a pattern that will trigger it.
Windows 11, 2x Intel I9, 64GB Ram, 2x GTX 1080 TI, 1 x RTX 380 TI, Oculus Quest 2
