1. Incorrect Illumination inside volume
First: here is a scene with a fog volume showing correct radiosity from the sun hitting the objects. Objects are colored red, glossy, IOR = 2, reflection set at 1.0

Second: here is the same scene with Objects (still colored red), glossy, IOR < 1, with reflection set at 1.0
Somehow the red color is being reflected even though the object doesn't have a "color" anymore because of the reflection properties.

Third: here is the same scene as above, with the fog volume removed, showing correct lighting.

2. Aperture of camera affects fog visibility
First: here is a scene with the aperture (using octane camera) set at 0

Second: same scene with aperture set at 3; not much of a difference, but still odd.

Third: same scene again with aperture set at 20; can hardly see the fog at all.
