Hi k,

Standalone is already native for M1 chip in Monterey:
https://render.otoy.com/downloads/a2/d0 ... ctaneX.dmg

M1 chip is supported by C4D-OctaneX-PR13 for Monterey, but only if you enable the Open with Rosetta option, in the get-Info panel of the Cinema 4D.app:

OctaneX is still based on 2020.1.5 SDK, with some addictions, while PC version is evolved at 2021.1.2 SDK.

We need to wait for the next upcoming 2022.1 SDK, to have an OctaneX version based on the same SDK as CUDA, to be able to have a native M1 Apple Silicon version for plugins.

ciao,
Beppe

I have an M1 mac with ARM chip, but I didn't find any version of octane to use with this chip ?

all versions are 0x64 and no ARM64 version is available.

Is there going to be a "Native" ARM64 version of Octane ?
