Is there a way to turn a light source off on materials by the lights "Light pass ID" ? My fill lights show up in mirrors and windows and I like to avoid that.

Hi,
yes, you can, but per object, not per material, take a look at Light Linking And Light Exclusion document in the manual:

I know I can per object. I'm was asking about material as I don't want to edit objects.
