Hi,

I have a scene where I'm using an X-Particles OVDBMesher. The mesher is generating a vertex map with color information. I'm using the Octane Vertex Map node plugged into my diffuse color.

If I send the scene to Octane, the first frame will display correctly. However, if I then move forward or go to any other frame the vertex map appears to glitch everywhere over the object.

Have I gone about this wrong or is this functionality not working in Octane currently?

I've attached the file and 2 images as a zip.

Thanks

Seems like that's working well mostly! It doesn't mean that's not working if you see some glitches when you change the frames. Not sure yet what happens but having different tasks to complete right now.

Thanks for taking a look! Do you get the glitch effect when you go to the next frame?

I tried rendering out to picture viewer to see if it works then but the object only appears black when I render out a sequence. Renders fine as a single frame. Do you also have that issue?

Tried with 4.02.1-R3 and doesn't work. But I'm working with 2018.1 as you can notified. It's using new vertex attributes and working great.

Ah cool that's good to know, thanks.

As someone who bought Octane standalone a few years ago, am I allowed to use 2018.1, or do I need to buy a different license? (Kind of confused about what the enterprise version is)
