Hey guys,

I just got a license of X-Particles last week and just getting a good feel for the software before I use it for production work. I've done several octane renders with motion blur with consistent results, but now I'm running into issues.

Motion blur acts as expected with the Live Viewer, however doesn't render MB at all with an actual render. It's not a very heavy scene, and it's not totally without motion blur, one or two particles seem to behave, but the majority don't at all. Everything that should have an object tag does, I've tried several motion blur settings, but the result is the same.

Any ideas?

Yes. Went ahead and cleared the cache, made a new one, same issue.

Sorta fixed it.

XP generator wasn't working but going directly to the emitter with an object tag gave me the results I wanted.

Does this mean you can't generate motion blur for XP generator particles?
