Dear Ahmet,
C4D R18 & Octane is not working well with HDR Light Studio.
It works find with R17, only R18 not responding to the changes.

You know, sometimes in the middle of a day of work i run into some bug / situation and just quickly jumping into to forum and post something here. This is the fastest solution for me without spending too much time on it.
I know it might be annoying, but my intention is not to post this as a bug from your side, because i really don't know if its your side, Otoy side, ot HDRLS side.
I will think twice next time to handle situation like this better,

It works on C4D R18 and HDRL 5.3.5 , you need to setup the scene a little.
In C4D select the object/s and Export it as Collada (on the plugin window of HDRLS) so then you can view it on the viewport of HDRL (on render setting make sure that direction af Z is UP)
You can paint the light on HDRLS viewport and also directly on the objects on C4D viewport.

I have discovered that the problem of wrong light direction of reflection and light is due to a change from Octane standalone 3.04.4 (see the change) the last one cause the problem. Fellow at HDRLS confirm me now and sent a request to Otoy to fix the problem.
The workaround is to change the setup of render as follow:
select Custom instead of C4D and then set 90° and check Flip
