Howdy,
I'm having some issues with displacement and normal maps in C4D / Octane. Everything works fine if the image scale transform /UV's is 100%, but if I try and tile my textures I get triangulated errors. (See image)
If I use only displacement OR only normal mapping the errors go away... Is there a way around this other than going into photoshop and tiling every texture manually? (I've tried the transform node in the octane material as well as the length/scale on the UV tag it self with the same outcome either way)
Basically I'd like to have a set of textures and be able to scale them down in c4d without these triangulated errors...
Thanks y'all!

Does adjusting ray epsilon not help here?

Have had the same issue.
Except mine isn't to do with scaling. I just cant use Normal maps with displacement AT ALL.
This is very frustrating as this basically makes octane a bit redundant in my opinion.
Kind of wish I'd known about this before I purchased.
