Hey fellow Octane C4D users!
I'm trying to create a glittery foil texture similar to what's seen here:

I've done lots of looking around and have found some (not so great) solutions to doing this in C4D's shaders using things like specular / noise. How would this be accomplished with octane?
I've tried using a mixtexture in the specular channel, using a Noise shader as the amount, with a rainbow gradient + black as the 2 textures. This seems to accomplish the "rainbow effect" to a certain extent, but it doesn't have the bright white reflection of the actual lights (as seen in the above photos). I want that to be in the center of the specular highlights when facing a light, but have that nice glittery colorful foil shimmering on each side of the highlight. Also, I can't figure out a way to "brighten up" the rainbow effect so it gleams a little more. It's quite an interesting challenge; any advice?
Thanks for any help!

Hi,
if you are talking about this:

this is the perfect situation to use the Film Width and Film Index parameters to obtain the rainbow effect
Just use the noise in the Film Width pin and play with the Film Index value untill you get the desire effect. Then you can use a falloff map node in a mix material to controll the effect based on the normal position
