Hi ,
can someone explain to me why octane needs to compile the scene between every frame in animation. Is it because motion blur ?
If so can we turn it of in some way ?

using maya plugin and standalone

Hi Davve,
it depends on how you have set up your scene, have you seen this article about mesh geometry type in Maya?
https://docs.otoy.com/#56Mesh%20geometry%20types
And here is a couple of links about motion blur in Maya:
https://docs.otoy.com/#56Motion%20Blur

ciao beppe
