No matter what color I change her eyes to, they always render blue in Octane. Any Ideas? Refreshed poser textures, and octane but still the same.
Using Plug OctaneRender_for_Poser_2_23_1_48_Win64
See attachments.
P.S. Don't know the hell is going on with the forehead.
Poser eye color diff than Octane Render

The problem you're having lies in the material set-up of the eye.
Check the Opacity node of the Iris, the Sclera or the Eye Surface, there should be a transparency map sitting in one of these, which is there to emulate the environmental reflection in DAZ Studios 3Delight rendering engine.
Since OctaneRender is a physics based unbiased rendering engine, those maps are not needed, since everything surrounding your character will reflect physicallly correct in the eyes.
Simply turn that Greyscale Image into a Greyscale color setting the value to 1.0 -that should fix your problem

There isn't an Transparency node with a texture attached. it is set to 1 already. and set to greyscale color.

Unless you have a very sharp HDRi as your scene environment in that screenshot, the reflection in the eye is too sharp to be a physics-based reflection and rather looks like a map.
Another material you could check would be the Pupil. The fact that the reflection looks like a "sticker" supports my suspicion...
Otherwise could you please post a screenshot of your Iris / Pupil / Sclera and Eye Reflection material, so we can find and solve the problem?
Thanks!
