Not sure if this has always been the case or not ?
If you mix two materials with exactly the same opacity map (cut out leaves in this case) none of the aux passes like Z-depth, AO, MAT-ID have the opacity present.
Beauty is fine but the Info Channel passes are unusable.
Pics are of Z-Depth channel with first one a straight plug of diffuse with opacity and the second is mixing two of those same materials.
Doing a separate scene and materials to get those working correctly is a bit painful.
