results are printed on the info bar

no movable proxy, no displacement, no fur, no traps for both scene/kernels

& how fast is the render when you hook up the other workstation as a render slave ? ;)

....it is sad though, to see this performance hit even when the scene is not doing anything beyond what you could already get from 1.2

Try to remember that even if you don't use any of the new features, you still get slow performance. They are doing their best to recover some of the performance lost.

Would it not be possible to have multiple kernels so the one that is used is the one with the exact features needed. It surely can't take a long time to update the code running on the GPU.
