Almost a selfexplaining topic here,
this weekend I gave the bloom another chance. Turned out to be lots of fun to play with.
I´m afraid I forgot where I got the satellite model from.

Texture blackbody emissions & Directlighting create some cool pitch black shadows, with no bouncy GI going nuts.
...still too soft for a lightsource like a close star, but pretty cool.
