Might wanna work on the road. It has no texture, use an image of asphalt and create a spec and bump map.
Also, hotel seems almost too lit up. What are you using for lighting? Are you using the sunlight system or an HDRI image?

I'm using a HDRI for lighting the scene. An image of asphalt will make the diference for the road.
Thank's

Something I have been meaning to do (but havent had the time yet) is to render out an image using HDRI and one using the sun system and combine them in photoshop. Your scene is too overall bright, maybe the HDRI image is too high, but that sun system will give you some nice shadows and highlights that you arnt getting from the HDRI alone.
