I was rendering an animation and was looking at my cpu load while loading and importing models and textures and I saw it only using one cpu, for a heavy scene this can take some time. For an animated sequence adds exponentially...
Since the focus has always been towards gpu rendering, have you all thought about making the booting of octane and loading of scene files a multi-threaded function?
