Where can we use render elements save in the re menu or use standart render f9 on the 3ds max

What is the best way ?

Thank you.

You are out of gpu memory. look at memory statistic.
So what can i do ?

Have you tried to add all the instance objects on the model as movable proxies on the octane object properties? This will make octane recognize them as proxies and reduce mem usage. The scenes need to be optimized in order to fit the Vram.

You can also not use the main gcard as some of the vram is being used by the system resulting in less vram available for octane.

Not sure if this is a max issue or octane: It seems like the elements get clamped. only the beauty pass is unclamped. I have tried tif, exr and hdr.

When region is active the render continue but the viewport is not updated.
That should work, just tested. The only issue is network rendering can't keep images around region render it get corrupted.

Hi Karba,
I migrated from Win 7 to Win 10 and after that the button "port to max framebuffer" DOESN't work with v.2.04 3ds max plugin, it doesn't open any window like before with win 7.
I upgraded to v.2.24.2 - 2.10 for 3ds max and still doesn't work.
Please any suggestion ? I'm in a hurry with a job

Thanks in advance

does this version not support 3ds max 2016? it's not listed in the installer.

EDIT
Ahh i thought this was the newest version, 2.11, but it's from 2014..... sorry.

/thanks
