I suspect your startup scene has old Octane info saved in it. I suggest Zays suggest:
In preferences, try clicking on the button Set Preferred Scene as the old scene might be the problem that triggers the message.
If that does not work....does the message appear when you open the plugin with the default Andy scene? If so, can you pls send me a copy of your octaneplugin.log file after loading the default Andy scene and then opening the plugin (where the warning pops).

Thanks

Suggest you try Zay's fix above. If that doesn't work, pls send me a copy of your startup scene.

Thanks

Open Poser, File Save As, zip up the resulting pz3 and post it here pls. Also send me the octaneplugin.log file I requested a few messages above.

Hi Andygraph3D

Your Poser startup scene contains Octane plugin data - so you need to do as Zay suggested. Edit->General Preferences->Launch to Factory Scene. Your startup scene has Octane 1.5 data saved to it - which is triggering the warning message.
"Can't load image saveButton.png: the file does not exit"
I have updated the 32 bit installer to fix this issue - so you can download and re-install to correct this message.

Anybody know how to fix this by the way?
