why in this version , ican't render finally and don't save my Passes in EXR(octane)
always my render stuck in passes render

Hey Ahmet,

R5 now doesn't render all my EXR passes - just denoise.

I have cryptomatte, zdepth and post checked but they just aren't coming through on the EXR file. When I revert to R4 all the passes are available again.

Which C4D version?
Activated the any denoise device and denoising in Camera Imager?

I have exactly same problem for weeks!
Sometimes it works, sometimes it stucks in "Displaying xxx Pass". Mostly on denoised passes.
(Win 11, Asus ProArt Z790, 192 GB Ram, 13900K, R 2023 and Octane 2022.1.1 R5)

Fixed it for now! It's my mistake on latest build. Removed the line that caused the problem. Please re-download the fixed build!

It looks like a random problem, but never occured on our systems. My estimation is that about some changes on C4D versions. Which C4D version are you using?

Haven't recognized this and rendered the whole weekend EXRs on which I wanted to
work on in AfterEffects today. .....

It looks like a random problem, but never occured on our systems. My estimation is that about some changes on C4D versions. Which C4D version are you using?

C4D 2023.2.0

Don't know! But maybe it has to do with the RAM, because I get mostly a bluescreen (kernal secure ...) at first PC start.
After restart everythings seems to be fine except that "displaying xxx pass" problem. But as said it happens randomly here.

i'm using the 2023.2.1 c4d

now i turn off the Render aov and my render finish correctly .

and yesterday i was test render in low samples ( like 20 samples ) and render is finish correctly
