You have to use your Standalone key for that window.

On our website in the customer area you will find the license keys. Log in and go to OctaneLive Accounts.

Use a license key for Octane Standalone in the black popup window.

Use a license key for Octane for 3DS max in the plugin.

You said I have found, you mean this one?And I have put these into black windows, but black below windows always shows a row of red font, tell me the registration failure.I wonder if you have a remote control function, if you can, remote control my computer to complete the registration?

I'm having the same problem. I'm entering my name and password as shown here http://www.refractivesoftware.com/accou ... nelive.php . Checked it several times, both are correct.

Is there a different key for the 3ds max plugin?
Octane (when run as stand alone) runs and say that it is activated on my machine.
3dsmax isn't blocked by the firewall in any way.

And btw, I just reinstalled octane and its plugin on a fresh computer after a long time. I hope to be able to use octane with 3ds max, at this time.

You should have standalone name/pass and plugin name/pass like this
