Missed maps, help please

One of my scenes have problems with maps in materials:
If I hide one of the objects (the buildint) then the rest of the maps are rendered right.
If I let all the objetcs unhided, maps are not applied to the lasts objects objects I merged to to the scene.

¿Any idea please?
The scene is not too big, so the memory should be absolutely enough. I have attached two renders in both situations.

PD: using 2.58c version of 3D Studio Plug-in
you reached the maximum numbers of textures. Try to optimize them.

BTW
I think that your scene without people is a lot better.

Thanks a lot, I'll try to optimize maps.

Yes, I do agree about people in the scene. Customer like people doing things arround :DD
I will remove some of them and so I won't have such a problem with maps :)
