Your welcome mib, I usually bring the .obj into Lightwave and fix things there, but I have not tried to make 1 UV for the whole figure....I sure wish we didn't have to deal with 3 UV's and all of the materials. What I do in Lightwave is try to combine each UV so the Torso does not have hip, head etc. You use 1 map for the torso, 1 for the head, 1 for the lip, 1 for the face, 1 for the nails, and 1 for the limbs. 6 maps compared to a over 12.
