wow, fantastic! how much tris, vram use, render time?
The obvious is that which is never seen until someone expresses it simply

1x i7 2600K @5.0 (Asrock Z77), 16GB, 2x Asus GTX Titan 6GB @1200/3100/6200
2x i7 2600K @4.5 (P8Z68 -V P), 12GB, 1x EVGA GTX 580 3GB @0900/2200/4400

Thanks, about 3.6 Mil tris. 644 MB vram for geometry, 144 MB for textures and 950 MB in total. Rendertime ~ 3h on gtx 470 + 480.

Thanks, yes the lampshades has sss shader applied to them (I have not understand the sss in octane completely, but I guess they turned out ok...) The fire was a little bit of experiment; the mesh is made in sculpris and I used a material mix between diffuse with blackbody emission and a specular material for a bit of transparency. I agree it could use a little more work though.

Had to shoot a fast one of the tables as well.... just a little over 1 hour rendertime @ 1800*1400.

hi, fantastic image friend, how do you manage to get the short rendering time? i have a gtx 580, and with a scene the third as complex of yours it takes 8 hours to clean up.
what kernel did you use?
Did you use portals in the windows?

thx

@ jp_vas: Glad you like the image! The scene is rendered on a gtx 470 + gtx 480 (I´ll go update my profile right now... ) and use pt render kernel, no portals.
