Add a little more geometry in the foreground.
Soon I'll start texturing. Texture will be in 3D-сaot.
My Quadro is working at maximum capacity. For the first time I envy people who game video card )

переборщил !!! в начале изучи принцип разрушения.. бетон так не крошится.. он или отваливается глыбами . и там остатки бетона..только не так как рей фаером.. вообще надо было участки всего лишь.. покрошить ..небольшие..после чего отправляешься в Zbrush и дорабатываешь стыки .. после заходишь в плагины з браша.. там есть оптимайз .. он без потери качества.. убавит твои 9 милионов поли к 100 тысячам .. при этом детализация будет такая же (DecimationMaster) плагин это не гагрузит твою видяху сильно ..проверено !!!

Great modelling job. With texture, it should be impressive !

This is not final. This is a sketch. Refinement of the geometry will be in 3d-coat, I like him more than Zbrush.
